I will be demonstrating how to make a warp and thread a rigid heddle for backstrap weaving.  Several Guild members came to the workshop at the Oriental Museum about sanada-himo bands and I have been asked to help with warping and threading.  I will bring some ready made warps as well as some yarn for people to make their own warp to thread.

I will be using the stand I bought in IKEA. I bought an additional four stands if anyone wishes to buy one from me. They are very useful to hold the heddle whilst threading the warp.

Two stands which also hold a phone or IPad
